Douglas Lee Blaylock Sr., age 61 of Riverside, passed away Tuesday, November 21, 2017. He was born September 18, 1956 in Dayton, Ohio, the son of the late Junior and Wanda Blaylock.
Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by brother, Michael Blaylock.
Doug is survived by his significant other, Angie Monnin; sons, Doug Blaylock, Jr., David (Twyla) Blaylock; brother, Dennis (Sheryl) Blaylock; sister, Gwen (Shane) McDermott; granddaughter, Madison Blaylock; nephew, Mike (Krista) Blaylock; nieces, Tami Blaylock, Dana (Jeff) Stubbs, Tosha McDermott, Shanon McDermott, Kirsty McDermott; as well as numerous other relatives and friends.
Doug enjoyed painting cars and playing music, but most of all, he enjoyed being with his family.
