Dorothy Sanders

Sanders, Dorothy C., age 87, of Tipp City, passed away on Sunday, November 25, 2007 at Mercy Sienna Retirement Community, Dayton, OH. She was born February 21, 1920 in Ft. Loramie, OH, the daughter of Robert & Emma (Wuebker) Pleiman. She retired from WPAFB in 1976 where she was employed as a telephone operator. She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband of 39 years; Garold. Survivors include her daughters and sons-in-law, Sharyn (John) Dioguardo of Patchogue, NY, Barbara Bussell of Clarkston, MI, and Bonnie (Ron) Corn of Tipp City, OH; 7 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and her sister & brother-in-law, Rosemary (Paul) Christman of Anna, OH. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 AM on Friday, November 30, 2007 at St. Rita Church, 5401 N. Main St., Dayton, OH 45415. Burial will follow at Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton, OH on Thursday from 5-8 PM.
