Campbell, Dorothy M., age 90, of Kettering, passed away Saturday, March 23, 2013.
She was a lifelong resident of Dayton and was employed for many years at the Rike's Department Store in downtown Dayton. Dorothy was a member of Community United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Austin and Alice Holmes, her husband of 70 years, Paul, 2 daughters, Lana M. Waters and Candy J. Verstrat, and 8 brothers and sisters.
She is survived by her daughter, Sherry (Donald) Dever of Melbourne Beach, FL; son in law, Greg Verstrat of Dayton; 6 grandchildren, Leslie (Larry) Gregg, Ashley (Mark) Duncan, Ryan (Nicole) Dever, Brett Dever, Jared (Danielle) Verstrat, Tyler Verstrat; 7 great grandchildren; and her special Dayton nieces.
Dorothy was well loved by many and will be greatly missed.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice of Dayton.
