Dorothy L. Richards

Richards, Dorothy L., age 64, of Moraine, formerly of Springfield, passed away Sunday, May 16, 2010. She was born May 17, 1945, the daughter of Dorothy Whaley and Robert Schliep. She was currently employed by U.M.R. and retired from Sears with 43 years of service. Dorothy is survived by two brothers: Robert Schliep of Brandon, Florida and Thomas (Vera) Schliep of Springfield, Ohio; a special friend: Joe Gunsalus of Dayton, Ohio; nieces: Joyce Fisher and Debra (Duke) Rutherford; nephew: TJ (Tammy) Schliep, all of Springfield; and numerous Aunts, Uncles and great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by both of her parents. A gathering of family and friends will be Saturday, May 22, 2010 from 1:00 – 2:00 P.M. at Newcomer Funeral Home (South Chapel) 3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering followed by a service at 2:00 P.M. with Pastor Jim Gooding officiating. Interment will be at Fairmount Cemetery in Camden.
