ADAMS, Dorothy L., age 82, of Dayton, passed away February 24, 2013. She was born April 16, 1930 in Washington, PA.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Dewey Adams; parents, Ernest and Thelma Howard; sisters, Hattie Howard, Lena Catlin and Joyce Morales.
Dorothy is survived by her children, La Gloria Sanders, Duiene Blake and Dewey Adams, Jr; grandchildren, Christopher Hankerson, La Shawn Hankerson, Jeanell Hankerson, Chelsea Adams, Ronald Blake III, Destine Blake, Roderic Blake and Ryan Blake; brothers, Dick Howard, Jerome Peterson, Daniel Peterson and David Peterson; first cousins, James "Billy" and Shirlean "Red" McCombs; host of other relatives and friends.
Burial will follow in Dayton National Cemetery.
