Dorothy Katherine Kraus (nee, Cunningham), born November 28, 1916, in Dayton, OH, passed away on July 16, 2015.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years Andrew R. Kraus; sons Richard D. Kraus and Andrew R. (Kathy) Kraus; daughter-in-law Carolyn Kraus; and parents Melvin C. and Ruth Cunningham.
Dorothy is survived by sons Gregory P. (Loretta) Kraus, Michael A. Kraus and David F. (Carla) Kraus; grandchildren Gregory S., Damian M., Constance M., Gena L., Cheri L., David D., Sarah K., and Lindsay M.; great-grandchildren Ava and Adysen; and former daughter-in-law and dear friend, Marylee Kraus.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, July 18, 2015, at St. Leonard Church, 8100 Clyo Road, Centerville, OH, where visitation will be held from 10-11 am. Burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Dorothy's memory to The Hospice of Dayton for Cancer Research. Arrangements by Newcomer Funeral Home, 3940 Kettering Blvd.
