Dorothy "Jean" Turner, age 94 of Dayton went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, October 20, 2022.
Jean was born in Asaka, VA on February 7, 1928 to the late Floyd & Virginia Adams.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Turner; sister, Betty Atkins; brother, Tommy Adams; granddaughter, Tara; and son-in-law, Len Dunaway.
Jean is survived by her children, Debbie Dunaway, Nedral Brown-Gockel and Theresa Turner; grandchildren, Emily, Danny, Paul, Penny and Wayne; great-grandchildren, Danielle, Brittany, Dustin, Candy and Mason; several great-great-grandchildren; and brother, John Adams.
Jean enjoyed gardening, fishing and playing Bingo. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Services will be private.
Jean will be laid to rest next to her husband at Miami Valley Memory Gardens.
