Dorothy "Jane" Mueller

MUELLER, Dorothy "Jane", age 94, of Dayton passed away on Dec. 25, 2008 at Heartland of Kettering. Born March 16, 1914 in Hamilton, Ohio. Preceded in death by husband Charles Mueller and parents Clifford & Rose Stillwaugh. Survived by daughter & son-in-law Donna & Phil Prather, of Centerville, OH; son & daughter-in-law David & JoAnn Mueller, of Akron, OH; grandchildren Pam & Andy Lazur, of Huntersville, NC, Susan & David Stiles, of West Chester, OH, Chad & Becky Mueller,of Aurora, IL, Kevin & Sarah Mueller, of Columbus, OH and Jennifer Mueller, of Akron, OH; great-grandchildren Grant, Zach & Will Stiles, Taylor & Matthew Lazur, Ian & Olivia Mueller, Rhys, Finley & Kieran Mueller; sister Lucile Trump, of Decatur, GA; niece Virginia Trump, of Decatur, GA, Kathy & Steven Bell, of NY, Peter & John Bell, of NY & Matt Roskoski, of Rockville, MD. She was a member of Southern Hills United Methodist Church for 50 years. A leader of the Hobby Club & co-chair of Annual Bazaar at church for many years. She enjoyed playing bridge making many crafts but most of all spending time with her family at many athletic events, vacations, parties and other gatherings. She was a member of Sunbeam Chapter OES for over 50 years. Also a past matron involved in Order of Rainbow Girls as mother advisor. Special thanks to all of her caregivers and friends at Heartland of Kettering for their dedicated love and care. A special thank you to Stella & Cathy Van Dyke & niece Diana Norman. Memorial service will be held Tuesday, Dec. 30, 2008 at 11am at Southern Hills Church (2287 S. Dixie Dr., Kettering, OH). The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Interment will be at Dayton Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to southern Hills Church Memorial Fund.
