Dorothy Hale

Hale, Dorothy, age 77, of Dayton, passed away on Saturday, February 7, 2009 at Miami Valley Hospital. She was born October 24, 1931 in Paintsville, Kentucky, the daughter of Charley & Martha (Bolden) Collins. She married Roby J. Hale on June 5, 1950 and he preceded her in death July 11, 2001. In addition to her husband, she is preceded in death by her brothers, Chester, Jack, & Herbert Collins; sister, Missouri Pierce. Survivors include her children, Virgle (Carolyn) Hale, David Hale, Marcella (Jeffrey) Predmore; 7 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 11 AM on Friday, February 13, 2009 at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton, Ohio. Interment will follow at Valley View Memorial Gardens, Xenia. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 6-8 PM.
