Dorothy Goughnour

Dorothy "Dottie" Hance Goughnour, age 61 of Dayton, passed away December 10, 2017. She was born May 7, 1956 in Dayton to the late William H. Hance and Jane Hance, who survives. In addition to her father, Dorothy was preceded in death by her brothers: Tommy Hance and Jerry Hance.

Dorothy is survived by her mother, Jane Hance; sisters: Glenda Sue Coots and Teresa Hendricks; and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.

Dorothy retired from WPAFB as an Executive Secretary. She attended New Life Worship Center. Dorothy was known for her generosity, she had a heart of gold and will be dearly missed.

Visitation will be held from 11:30 am - 1:30 pm on Thursday, December 14, 2017 at Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Road, where the funeral service will begin at 1:30 pm. Burial to follow at Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery. To send a special message to the family, please click on Share Memories.
