age 78 of Dayton passed away Friday, January 5, 2007 at her home. Doris was born March 6, 1928 in Racine, WI, the daughter of Joseph and Helen Bissett. She retired from Elder-Beerman Department Stores after 44 years of service. She is survived by her children, Steven W. (Sharlette) Redick, Karen S. Gulasa, and Robert M. (Sandra) Redick; 8 grandchildren; and 6 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, George W. Redick; and son, Terry A. Redick. Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Monday, January 8, 2007 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3940 Kettering Blvd. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow in Miami Valley Memory Gardens. Rev. Peter Courlas, Jr. will officiate. Donations may be given in Doris' memory to Hospice of Dayton.
