Doris Elaine Calhoun, age 77, of Xenia, passed away Sunday, September 11, 2016 at Hospice of Dayton. She was born March 29, 1939 in Dayton, Ohio.
She was preceded in death by her parents, David C. and Marie L. Jessee; loving husband, John D. Calhoun and brother, Gary D. Jessee.
Doris is survived by her loving daughter, Marie Elaine Calhoun; sister, Portia J. (Robert) Hammond; brother, Conrad G. Jessee and sister-In-law, Rosanne Jessee. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held from 9:00 am until the funeral service at 11:00 am on Saturday, September 17, 2016 at Dayton Avenue Baptist Church, 1121 Dayton Avenue, Xenia, Ohio 45385. Burial will follow at Woodland Cemetery Xenia.
