Doris A. Shupe

Shupe, Doris A., age 73, of Dayton, entered eternal life on Monday, September 1, 2008. She was born January 27, 1935 in Norton, VA, the daughter of Arthur & Nellie (Collins) Wilson. She is preceded in death by her father; husband, James F. Shupe; and her mother & father-in-law, Bebo & Pappy Shupe. Survivors include her mother; children, Jim Shupe and his daughter, Sara A. Shupe & Jeff Shupe and his children, Jennifer, Nicholas, Rebecca, & Sally Shupe and their mother, Nicole Shupe; brothers, Bob (Ruby) Wilson, Art (Sharon) Wilson, & Jim Wilson; sisters, Thelma (Jim) Fisher, Nancy Bryant, Betty (Paul) Kiddon, & Judy (Pete) Ventura; her nephew & computer pal, Kevin Delehanty; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held at 9:30 AM on Saturday, September 6, 2008 at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton, OH, with Pastor Chuck Hall. Interment will follow at David's Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 6-8 PM and also on Saturday from 9 AM until the time of services. If so desired, memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association.
