Dora Stewart, age 94, of Englewood, passed away May 30, 2020. She was born in Perry County, Kentucky on December 8, 1925, the daughter of the late Curtis and Katie (Gwinn) Watts.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her beloved husband, Clyde Stewart; and her siblings, Gertrude Gwinn, Goble Watts, Burton Watts, R.D. Watts, Dennis Watts, Gora Bell Dunn, Laverna Napier and Ruth Noble .
Dora is survived by her children; Ronnie (Judy) Stewart and Paulette (Jerry) Browning; many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; brother, Lenard (Beulah) Watts; sisters-in-law, Imogene Watts, Bethany Watts; brother-in-law, Hillard Napier; and also many other loving nieces, nephews and family members.
She retired from Vienna Beauty Products. In her free time, she enjoyed gardening, planting flowers, loved spending time in the sun and traveling with her family.
A Visitation will be held from 11:30 am-1:00pm on Wednesday, June 3, 2020, at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton. Funeral services will begin at 1:00 pm on Wednesday at the funeral home with Pastor Carl Radcliff officiating. Burial will follow at Valley View Memorial Gardens.
