Dora Bell Steinbrugge

Dora Bell Steinbrugge, age 94 of Huber Heights, passed away peacefully on January 30, 2018. Dora was born in Chenoa, KY to the late Johny and Perrie Mason on August 5, 1923. Dora graduated from high school in 1941. After her schooling she moved to Dayton, Ohio and began working at Wright Patterson Air Force Base. When she moved to Dayton she met Dale Steinbrugge. The two were married in 1946. Dora retired from Rike's Department Store after many years of service.

Dora was a devoted Christian and was very passionate about attending church and volunteering her time and resources to better her community and church. She had a compassionate and giving spirit and took great pride and joy in spending time with and cooking for her family. Dora was a loving, kind, and caring mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend. She will be greatly missed by all who loved her.

In addition to her parents, Dora was preceded in death by her husband, Dale George Steinbrugge; sons, Steve Steinbrugge and Ronnie Steinbrugge; siblings, Frances Waits, Lola Feher, Sarah Kincaid, Anna Fuson, Troy Mason, and Kenneth Mason.

Dora leaves to cherish her memory, sons, Lonnie (Sylvia) Steinbrugge and Dana (Debbie) Steinbrugge; daughter-in-law, Joyce Steinbrugge; grandchildren, Melinda Steinbrugge, Jodie Wolfe, Matthew Steinbrugge, Kevin Steinbrugge, Stacey Smith, Billy Smith, Angie Baver, Michelle Ponichtera, and Mark Ponichtera; great-grandchildren, Brittany, Holly, Michaelea, Alexander, great-great-granddaughter, Adelina; and numerous other loving relatives and friends.
