Dora Jones

JONES, Dora B., age 87, of Moraine, passed away Sun., July 17, 2005 at Harborside Healthcare of New Lebanon. She was preceded in death by her mother Eliza Black Taylor Asher, husband Sim Jones and dear friend C. Blanche Black, wife of cousin Lefther Black. Dora is survived by her special cousin & caregiver Lefther Black and his children Sharon, Terry, Lora and Darrell & their families; cousin James M. Black, Jr. & wife Louise and their children Tony, Jeff and Misty; cousins Dennis Mills and Christine Worley and their families and other cousins throughout KY and Bobbie Sue Marcum of TN. She was a member of Miami Shores, South Dayton and West Carrollton Baptist Churches. Funeral services 3 P.M., Fri., July 22, 2005 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3940 Kettering Blvd. Rev. Tom Melzoni officiating. Visitation will be Friday from 2 - 3 P.M. prior to the service at the funeral home. Private graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family Saturday, July 23 at Barbourville Cemetery, Barbourville, KY.
