HAYS, Dora "Ann" age 77 went home to be with the Lord March 26, 2012 at Springmeade Health Center with her family by her side.
She was born September 21, 1934 to the late, Giles and Maggie Lynch. She is preceded in death by siblings, Harriett, Delbert, and Paul.
She is survived by her husband of 56 years, John Hays; daughters, Donna (Scott) Harman, Crystal Schuler, and Anna (Michael) Byrne; seven grandchildren, Heidi, Hillary, Shannon, Alan, Marie, John, and Garet; 3 great-grandchildren, Angelica, Hannah, and Madelyn; five brothers, Jiles, Howard, Larry, Dennis, and Mike; and one sister, Dorothy.
She was a devoted wife and mother. Her greatest joy in life was her family and her church, The Cornerstone Baptist Temple.
The family would like to thank the staff of Springmeade Health Center and the staff of Miami County Hospice for their wonderful care.
The family will receive friends, Thursday, March 29, 2012 from 11:00 am until the time of service at 1:00 pm at The Cornerstone Baptist Temple, 1707 Ohmer Ave., Dayton Oh 45410. Interment to follow at Dayton National Cemetery.
