Donna Lou Weddington

Donna Lou Weddington, age 86 of Dayton, passed away Tuesday, September 3, 2024 at Hospice of Dayton. She was born May 11, 1938 in Morehead, Kentucky to the late Charles and Clairica. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Frank Weddington; daughter, Stephanie G. Crider; and sister, Barbara Manning.

Donna is survived by her five children, Kimberly (Henry) Koczera, Valerie Crider, Joseph (Susan) Crider, Bryan Crider, and Tracey Crider; 10 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and brother, Charles (Judy) Spencer. She is also survived by numerous family and friends.

Donna worked for Dayton Public Schools for more than 20 years. She enjoyed crocheting and crafting. The most important thing to Donna was her family and spending quality time together. She is well loved and will be deeply missed.

The family hopes those who would like to honor her will find a quiet time to remember who she was in your life and be thankful for the time you had together. In lieu of a public funeral service, individual families are encouraged to have their own private memorial.
