Donna Jeannine Stauffer

Donna Jeannine Stauffer, age 83 of Centerville, passed away Saturday, May 18, 2024. She was born October 25, 1940 in Richmond, Indiana the daughter of the late George and Mary Marcum.

Donna's life's journey was marked by an unwavering dedication to her family and personal growth. She pursued education at Miami Jacobs Community College, where she earned not just one, but two Associates degrees. Yet, her true joy lay in the warmth of family bonds. One of Donna's greatest joys was bringing her family together, creating cherished memories during lively get-togethers filled with laughter. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother to her 8 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren, she was not only Donna, but Grammy or Mimi, a caring source of love and security. Donna Jeannine Stauffer will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her, yet her memory will forever be a source of comfort and inspiration.

Donna is survived by her husband of 23 years, Robert H. Stauffer; Daughters; Mary Braden, and Michelle (Shawen) Davidson; Son, Michael (Heather) Miller; Sister, Kathy Hall; 8 Grandchildren; 9 Great-Grandchildren; Half-Brother, Gene Marcum; and by numerous other family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents; Brother; George Marcum, Sisters; Linda Fint, Janie Cooley and Mary Ellen Dapice and Half-Brothers; Virgil Marcum, and Richard King.

Memorial Donations can be made to Day City Hospice.

Funeral Service will be held Saturday, May 25, 2024 at 4:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - Centerville (820 Miamisburg-Centerville Rd., Dayton, Ohio 45459). Visitation will be from 2:00 pm until the time of the service at 4:00 pm.
