Donna Michelle Hawkins

Donna "Mamma" Michelle Hawkins, age 55 of Kettering, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, January 28, 2023. She was born on October 18, 1967 in Franklin, Indiana the daughter of Donald and Frances Tate.

She is preceded in death by her father, Donald Tate.

Donna is survived by her mother, Frances Tate; sister, Laura (Mike) Tate; beloved husband of 34 years, Cecil Hawkins; six children, Jennifer (Justin) Tate, Andrew (Cheryl) Hawkins, Naomi Hawkins, Joanna Hawkins, Troy Hawkins, and Rebecca Hawkins; bonus daughter, Lisa (McKay) Price, six extra bonus children, Destiny (Curtis) Ligier, Lyndsey (Ben) Hellman, Vanessa (Joe) Lewis, Derrick Hellman, and Tererra Hellman; five grandchildren, Tristian, Nevaeh, Emma, Andrea, and Jeremiah; eight bonus grandchildren, Joseph, Jaiden, Xavier, Gunner, Kannon, Aliahna, Kiah, and Gideon; nephews, Michael Tate, Eric Black, and Silas; niece, Lana; special friends, Michelle (Dave) King, Rod (Laura) Miller, Cindy (Rob) Smith; and her beloved dog, Pork Chop. She is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends whom she loved dearly.

The most important thing to Donna was her strong faith and her loving family.

Funeral service will be officiated by Pastor Cartwright at 12 PM on Wednesday, February 15, 2023 at Newcomer Funeral Home, Kettering Chapel. Visitation will be held at 10 AM on Wednesday until the time of service.
