Born October 12, 1932 to Llewellyn and Juanita Williams in Byesville, Ohio. Left this life at Hospice of Miami County on March 21, 2017. Graduated from Bellbrook High School and Edison State Community College. US Navy veteran, Korean War, aboard the USS Oriskany. Spent many years in management at NCR and Ledex before operating his own successful business, Amish Country Furniture in Troy, Ohio, alongside his wife.
Don was happily married for 33 years to Barbara Williams (née Cheek), who survives him. Others left to cherish his memory are: his children Lisa (Barry), Tim (Kim), Chris (Rhonda) and Jenny, and daughter-in-law Jennifer; grandchildren Kristen, Staughton, Chris, Dan, Jenny, Jeff, Mike, Jessica, Marisa, Carys, Ashley, Adam, Jason and Samantha; great grandchildren Camden, Declan, Isaiah, Malachi and Esther; sisters Eileen and Dorothy; and several special sisters and brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by his parents; his son Mike; brothers Richard, Robert, John, Kenneth, Harold and Frank; sister Shirley, sister-in-law Evelyn.
The family will hold a memorial service at 1pm on Sunday April 9th at First Baptist Church, St. Paris, Ohio.
