Donald Wamsley, M.D.

Donald Lane Wamsley, M.D., age 53 of Beavercreek, passed away Saturday, May 10, 2014 at Kettering Medical Center. He was born November 29, 1960 in Dayton, Ohio the son of Don and Lois Wamsley. He was a proud graduate of the University of Dayton and The Wright State School of Medicine. He was a practicing Neurologist in the Dayton area for 21 years.

Don is survived by his wife Denise; his parents; four sons, James, Andrew, Samuel, and Joseph; his sister, Jane (Doug) Maier; mother- and father-in-law, Bill and Nancy Martin. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and family members.

A memorial service will be held Tuesday, May 13, 2014 at 5:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - Beavercreek Chapel (3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, Ohio 45432). Visitation will be from 3:00 pm until time of service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to the Alzheimer's Association or the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
