Donald Lee Spence, 82, of Fairborn, passed away on December 16, 2013 at Hospice of Dayton.
He was born on June 13, 1931 in Coal Grove, Ohio to the late James and Nettie Spence.
Donald worked as a Truck Driver for Grover Brown Septic Tank Service.
He attended several churches including First General Baptist Church on Woodly Road and Kenny Shively's Church.
In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by his son, James; wife, Louise; brothers and sisters and is the last survivor of his immediate family.
Donald is survived by his loving daughter, Mary E. Wilson; granddaughter, Alyssa Wilson; care taker/ neighbor, Heather Allen; special friend, Mary Brown; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and many good friends, including his former son-in-law, Verl Wilson.
Visitation will be held from 12 – 1 PM, Thursday, December 19, 2013, at Newcomer Funeral Home 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton, Ohio 45424, where funeral services will begin at 1 PM Thursday.
Burial will take place in Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery.
Memorials are suggested to the Spence Family to contribute toward final expenses.
