Donald L Pedrick

Donald "Don" Pedrick, age 74 of Springfield, passed away peacefully on August 27, 2017. He was born in Springfield to the late Ronald and Betty Pedrick. Don graduated from Shawnee High School in 1960. After graduating Donald joined the United States Navy. He faithfully and honorably served until 1963. Don went on to marry the love of his life, Carol Shook in 1966.

He was an avid fisherman. Don participated in walleye tournaments and fished all over Ohio. Don loved to spend time with his family and took great pride in his grandchildren. He was a loving and compassionate husband, father, grandfather, and friend. He will be greatly missed by all who loved him.

In addition to his parents, Don was preceded in death by his brother, Dave Pedrick.

Donald leaves to cherish his memory, loving wife of 51 years, Carol Pedrick; daughters, Lois (Mark) Reynolds and Cathy (Chris) Cory; grandchildren, Morgan and Melanie Reynolds; Tyler, Caitlin, and Nathan Cory; sister-in-law, Johann Pedrick; and many other loving relatives and friends.

A Celebration of Don's Life will take place on Saturday, September 2, 2017 at 3pm at Restoration Park Church (55 Restoration Park Drive, Medway, OH 45341). Visitation for 1 hour prior (2pm-3pm).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Bethel Township Fire Dept. (333 Lake Road, Medway, OH 45341).
