Donald was born on February 10, 1954 to James Lowe and Maria (DiOrio) Lowe who precede him in death, also preceding him in death are 4 brothers and 1 sister.
Donald leaves to cherish his memory, his partner Christy R. Green, daughter, Amy Lowe-Smith, Son, Phillip (Elizabeth) Lowe, 2 Step-Daughters, Lori Parker, Kathy (Troy) Ferguson, Grandchildren, Harley (fiance Landen Coulter) Lowe, Pyper Smith, Chase Smith, Caelyn Gilbert, Gracie Lowe, Phillip Lowe, Jr., Wyatt Lowe, Michael Parker, Matthew Parker, Kyle Parker, Kya Ferguson, Harper Ferguson numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
Donald was a 1972 graduate of Northridge High School, loved all sports, baseball cards, Cincinnati Red's, Cleveland Browns and The Ohio State Buckeyes.
There will be a Gathering of Family and Friends at NEWCOMER CREMATIONS, FUNERALS & RECEPTIONS, Dayton North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Road on Thursday, December 19, 2019 starting at 12:30 pm, followed by a Celebration of Donald's life at 1:30 pm with Pastor Harry Stewart presiding.
In lieu of flowers contributions in memory of Donald may be made to Hospice of the Miami Valley or The Alzheimers Association.
