Donald Dean Lochner

Donald Dean "Don" Lochner, age 86, of Dayton, passed away on May 9, 2023. He was born on April 29, 1937, the son of the late Arthur and Flora Lochner.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and the love of his life, Susan Elaine Tompkins.
Don is survived by his loving children, Colin (Ruby) Lochner, Leah (Udo) Bock, Neil (Dawn) Lochner, Heather (Brian) Lochner, Grant Lochner and Wade Lochner; grandchildren, Ian, Danielle, Brooke, Jessica, Aaron, Brendon and Derek; many great grandchildren; his special fur baby, Pippen; and many other loving family and friends.
Don retired from Cardiff Seaside Market in San Diego, California. In his free time, he enjoyed spending time with his family, gardening and learning about History. Don was a very hard worker with a strong work ethic and was always there for his family. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Visitation will be held from 6:00pm-7:00pm, on Friday, May 19th, 2023, at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek.
