Leeth, Donald R. "Dutch", age 80, of Dayton, passed away on Tuesday, July 31, 2007 at Good Samaritan Hospital. He was born December 21, 1926 in Columbus, OH, the son of Charles Henry & Mary Gertrude (Colvin) Leeth. He is preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Ethel Mangio & Babe Leeth; and his brothers, Charles, James, & Fred Leeth. Survivors include his wife, Helen (Flagg); children, Donald R. (Carol) Leeth, Jr. of Dayton, Linda L. (Richard) Sponsler of Troy, David A. (Valerie) Leeth of Gonzales, LA, Sandra J. Leeth of Troy, & Robert C. Richmond-Leeth of Columbus; grandchildren, Jennifer, Laurie, Jessica, D. Roger, III, Sarah, Stephen, Halley, Hannah, Heather, Mary, Allison, & Hope; great grandchildren, Dylan, Izabelle, Cole, Ryen, Eddie, III, Stephen, Jr., Jackson, Simon, & Lincoln; sister, Charlotte Beck of Englewood & his brother, Walter Leeth of IN; and many other beloved family members & friends. Funeral services will be held at 10 AM on Saturday, August 4, 2007 at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton, OH, with Rev. Bobbie Predmore officiating. Burial will follow at Willow View Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 5-8 PM. If so desired, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or American Cancer Society.
