Donald Lee Cook

Donald L. Cook, age 58, of Dayton, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, April 25, 2014.

He was preceded in death by his niece, Deshon Cook; father, Samuel Cook, Sr; and brother, Samuel Cook, Jr.

Donald is survived by his mother, Ella Mae Cook; sisters, Linda Cook and Doris Kerley; brother Paul Cook; lifelong friend, Beverly Cook-Martin; children, Bryan (Sharisse) Cook, Crystal Graham and Michele Cook; grandchildren, Kiah, Kailee and Kristopher Artis, De'Ja and Jade' Graham and Tyaire Cook; nieces, Linda Kerley, Danielle Cook and LaDonna Cook; nephew, Samuel Cook III; a host of great nieces, great-great-nephew, family and numerous lifetime friends.

The family will receive friends on Friday, May 2, 2014 from 10-11 am at New Hope Lutheran Church (2000 Catalpa Dr, Dayton, OH 45406). The service will follow at 11 am. Burial will take place at West Memory Gardens.
