Donald H. Glueckert
Donald H. Glueckert, age 83, of Dayton, passed away Tuesday, June 22, 2010. He was a WWII Army veteran, serving in Okinawa. Donald is survived by his son, Gary Glueckert; grandchildren, Jennifer (Nathan) Blake and Jeffrey Glueckert; 6 great-grandchildren; siblings, Melvin "Tony" (Linda) Glueckert, Mary Lou Noel, Terri Lee (Jeannie) Glueckert; mother of his son, Mary Dunn; special friend and family member, Donna (Tugger) Jones; and many other nieces; nephews; and friends. The family will receive friends Saturday, June 26, 2010 from 10-11 AM at Newcomer Funeral Home North Chapel (4104 Needmore Rd, Dayton, OH 45424). The funeral service will follow at 11:00 AM. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105) or Shriner's Hospitals for Children (2900 Rocky Point Dr. Tampa, FL 33607).
