Donald E. Griffith

Donald Edward Griffith, 58 of Miamisburg, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, uncle, brother, son and friend passed away on Thursday Feb. 15 at Miami Valley Hospital. He was preceded in death by his father Edward Rae Griffith, and his stepfather Donald Drake. He is survived by his loving wife of 38 years Sharon, and his mother Anna Mae, his 2 sons and their wives David and Carol, Mark and Teresa. His grandchildren Courtney, Joshua, Jordan, and Max, his 2 sisters and their husbands, Pat and Dave Hemsley, Kathy and Charlie Frantz, 7 nieces and nephews, and 6 great nieces and nephews will forever miss him. Numerous aunts and uncles also survive him. The family will receive friends on Sunday Feb. 18 from 5-8 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home in Beavercreek. Funeral service will be Monday Feb. 19 at 11 a.m. The family would like to extend special thanks to the MVH ICU nurses and to Dr. Crespo and Dr. Affrick who did a beautiful job taking care of Donald in his final days.
