Donald E. "Sonny" Beatty
Age 74, of Dayton, passed away Sunday, April 8, 2012.
Donald was preceded in death by his parents, Don & Florence Beatty.
Donald is survived by two brothers, Robert L. Beatty and Thomas M. Beatty; niece, Melissa Beatty; nephew, Timothy Beatty; great niece, Jessica Beatty; and by one great nephew, Christopher Beatty.
Donald was a 1955 graduate of Fairmont High School and a veteran of the U. S. Navy.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m., Wednesday (4/11) at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering. The family will be receiving friends from 2:00 p.m. until time of service.
In lieu of flowers, contributions should be made in memory of Donald to Hospice of the Miami Valley, 46 N. Detroit St., Ste B, and Xenia, OH 45385.
