Donald W. Damron

Donald W. Damron was born on May 1, 1955. At the age of 66, he passed away on February 26, 2022.

He was a loving husband to his late wife, Tammy L. Damron. They were married almost 44 years. Don was also a loving father, grandfather and great grandfather.

Don had many hobbies, such as, drag racing, working on cars and riding his motorcycle. He loved watching his grandkids ride the 4 wheelers and play different sports. He also enjoyed watching the kids ride and play with horses. He will be greatly missed by his friends and family.

Donald is survived by his son, Bryan (Ashlei) Bozarth; daughter, Amanda (Jason) Black; grandchildren, Katelyn, Adam, Jayson, Samantha, Bryanna, Gabriel, Ashton, Gracelyn, Jaxson and Hailee; great grandchildren, Bryce'lynn, Scarlett and Baby Bozarth.

I'm Free

Don't grieve for me, for now I'm free.
I'm following the path God laid for me.
I took his hand when I heard him call.
I turned my back and left it all.
I could not stay another day.
To laugh, to love, to work or play.
Tasks left undone must stay that way.
I found that peace at close of day.
If my parting has left a void,
then fill it with remembered joy.
A friendship shared, a laugh, a kiss,
ah yes these things I too will miss.
Be not burdened with times of sorrow.
I wish you the sunshine of tomorrow.
My life has been full, I've savored much.
Good friends, good times, a loved ones touch.
Perhaps my time seemed all too brief
don't lengthen it now with undue grief.
Lift up your hearts and share with me.
God wanted me now; He set me free.
