Donald Gene Bradam
August 28, 1953 — December 10, 2023
Donald Gene Bradam crossed to meet his Lord and Savior on the 10th of December, 2023 after battling lung cancer. He was born on the 28th of August, 1953 in Dayton Ohio to James Hollis and Virgie (Walker) Bradam, formerly of Cookeville, Tennessee.
Donnie graduated from Stebbins High School. He worked at Duriron, Speciality Papers (James Rivers Papers) and Kettering City Schools. He enjoyed NASCAR racing and watching football, especially The Ohio State Buckeyes. He loved fishing trips with his brother; Leon, his cousins and his uncles.
Donnie was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, James Leon, Daniel Gale and Ronald Dale and his oldest daughter Deana.
He is survived by his wife Rebecca; daughter Rachael, grandchildren Kristen, Damien and Hayley; Great granddaughter Olivia Orr; four nieces and five nephews; two uncles and two aunts; and his best friends, Fred and Debbie Babb.
Public visitation will be held at Newcomer Funeral Home (3380 Dayton Xenia Rd) on Saturday December 16, 2023 at 9:30 am with funeral service to follow at 11:00 am. He will be laid to rest with his daughter Deana at Dayton Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the American Cancer society and Hospice of Dayton.
