Dona Mae (nee: Deis) Patak, age 82, of Dayton, OH passed away on Saturday June 15, 2013.
She is preceded in death by her parents, George and Josephine Deis; and husband, Frank Patak Jr.
She is survived by her children, Stephen (Judy) Patak, Victoria (Thomas) Tsocaris, and Joe (Sarah) Patak; grandchildren, Myssi, Darin, Lance, Colton, and Levi; great grandchildren, Stephen, Ryan, Loren, Nicholas; and siblings, Josephine (George) Hooven, Shirley (Floyd) Douglass, Colleen Miracle, and Anita (Bob) Kendig.
Dona was an adventurous, fiercely independent woman who loved to laugh. She purposefully surrounded herself with beauty and her amazing capacity to love defined who she was and gave her the ability to help you understand what unconditional love really meant.
Please surround her with flowers, you can't send too many, nor can they be too colorful.
Visitation is Thursday June 20, 2013 from 1pm to 2pm with funeral service starting at 2pm at the Newcomer Funeral Home (South Chapel), Kettering, OH.
Interment is in Calvary Cemetery.
Arrangements are by the Newcomer Funeral Home (South Chapel), Kettering, OH.
