Age 53, departed this life on November 6, 2014 after a short stay at Hospice. She was born July 15, 1961 in Paintsville, Ky.
She is survived by her parents, Jack and Patty Music; brother, Brent (Jennifer) Music; nephews, Dustin (Brittanii) Music and Dylan Music; nieces, Nikki Braughton, Cassity Music, and Harli Dee Music; great nephews and nieces, Wilson, Willow, Wesley, Jaelynn, and Gunnar.
A memorial service will be held Friday, November 14, 2014 at 6:00 pm at Lewisburg United Methodist Church, 3147 St. Route 40 E. Lewisburg, OH 45338.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to The Hospice of Dayton.
