Dick Gose, age 72 of New Carlisle, passed away May 1, 2012. He was born January 24, 1940 in Dayton, Ohio to the late Otha and Reva Gose. In addition to his parents, Dick was preceded in death by his brother, Donald Gose.

Dick is survived by his wife of 43 years, Ausra Gose; children: John Gose, Sarah Sexton, Steve (Tammy) Gose and Laura (Jared) Brock; grandchildren: Leanna, Steven, Russell, Ashley, Kody, Casey, Madeline, Julia and Teah; great granddaughter, Liliana; sister, Pat (Don) Longstreth; brother, Douglas (Wilma) Gose, Gordon Gose and Bud Gose; many nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

Dick was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. He enjoyed his daily visits to the Waffle House and was an avid fisherman.

A funeral service will be held at 12:00 Noon on Monday, May 7, 2012 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 5750 Shull Road, Dayton, where the family will receive friends for two hours prior to the service, from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm. Burial to follow at Royal Oak Memorial Gardens. If desired, contributions may be made to the Gose Family to help with final expenses.
