Age 57, of Vandalia, passed away Friday, October 22, 2010.
Di was preceded in death by her father, Thomas E. Howell, Sr.; and by one brother, Thomas E. Howell, Jr.
She is survived by her husband, John Roberts; mother, Alberta & Thomas Gillespie; daughter, Christina Banfill; son, Anthony (Stephanie) Holsinger; six grandchildren; six great grandchildren; four brothers, Daniel (Teresa) Howell, Donald (Debbie) Howell, Robert (Rhonda) Howell & Patrick (O'Shea) Howell; two sisters, Tammey (Danny) Miracle & Debbie Ferry; numerous nieces & nephews.
Di was a member & officer of the VFW Post # 9582 and a member of the Women's Auxiliary.
Memorial service will be held at 5:00 p.m., Sunday, November 7, at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton. The family will be receiving friends from 3:00 p.m. until time of service. Interment will be at Dayton National Cemetery.
Contributions may be made in memory of Di to the American Cancer Society.
