Dianna Lee Hopping, age 72 of Beavercreek, OH passed away on Saturday, October 23, 2021 at Trinity Community of Beavercreek. She was born on June 30, 1949 in Bedford, Indiana to Dennis and Dorothy Woodall. She married Carl Edward Hopping on St. Patrick's Day in 1979.
Dianna devoted 36 years to Montgomery County Health Department and retired in the mid-2000's. She volunteered extensively with the VFW Ladies Auxiliary Post #2800, where she served as President and was a lifetime member. You could often find Dianna and her husband Carl working in the kitchen at the VFW.
Dianna is survived by her daughter, Dottie Hopping-Call; a granddaughter, Katie Call; a grandson, Kolby Vaughn; a sister, Denise Unger; a brother, Lonnie (Deidra) Woodall; and several nieces, nephews, friends and loved ones. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband Carl; and a still born son.
