After a courageous battle with cancer, Diann M. Holtvoigt of Kettering, Ohio passed away Saturday, April 29, 2017.
She was born August 3rd 1947 in Dayton, Ohio to the late Forrest and Thelma (Schell) Schott. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Kathy Schott. She will be missed by her husband of 46 years, Ralph H. Holtvoigt and her daughters Stephanie (Dan) Baker and Kristina (Mike) Hott; her two grandchildren, Katie Rardon, Andy Hott; her two sisters, Marline Forsythe, Lorry Clinton, and many other relatives and friends.
Diann was a member of the first graduating class of Alter High School in 1966. She was an avid animal lover and in her spare time she loved to quilt and a "good deal" when she found one. Diann was a dear and loyal friend to many. Along with her beloved husband, she enjoyed attending University of Dayton Flyer Basketball and Football games. Go Flyers!
