Diane Holcomb

Holcomb, Diane, age 65 of Huber Heights, passed away on Thursday, August 30,2007 at the Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Spring Creek. She was born July 22, 1942 in Dayton. She retired from General Motors after 33 years of service. She was active in the choir at Patterson Park Church and enjoyed gardening and bird watching. She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert & Edith (Richardson) Highfield. Survivors include her husband, George Holcomb; son, Eric (Ashley) Holcomb; grandson, Chayce Holcomb; and several cousins and many friends. Funeral services will be held at 1 PM on Thursday, September 6, 2007 at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton, OH with Pastor Dale Kurtz officiating. Burial will follow at Woodland Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 6-8 PM. If so desired, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton.
