Goforth, Diana M., age 57, of Dayton, passed away on Friday, July 26, 2013.
Diana is survived by her children: Missy Fultz, Bill Fultz & Stephanie (Matt) Haskins; grandchildren: Tommy, John, Makayla, Evan, Katie & Alex; brothers: Jack (Elly Adams), Delbert (Edie), Gary (Joyce) & David; sister: Patty; father of her children: John Fultz; and numerous nieces, nephews, family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents: Wayne & Elizabeth Turpin; biological father: Harvey Goforth; and brother: Delmas.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, July 30, 2013 at Newcomer Funeral Home - South Chapel, 3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering. Interment will follow the service at Woodland Cemetery in Dayton. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday morning from 10:00 A.M. until time of service. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton, in memory of Diana.
