Diana Louise Bailey

Diana Louise Bailey, 77, passed away unexpectedly on December 15, 2024. Loving wife of Harold for 56 years, cherished mother of Darren Bailey adored grandmother of Kathleen (Brandon) Franck and beloved sister of Claudia. Diana is also survived by her uncle Jerry Wise as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.

Diana was preceded in death by her parents Ed and Mary Plummer and Brothers Frank Plummer and Wes Plummer.

Diana was born in Dayton, Ohio on December 20, 1946. She graduated from Carroll High School and after graduation she went on to work for Hewitt Soap Company where she met the love of her life, Harold. They married in 1968 and had their only son Darren. She adored her family and loved to spend as much time with them as possible.

Diana enjoyed fishing, camping and traveling. She also loved to tend to her garden and crafting. 

Public visitation will be held at Newcomer Funeral Home (3380 Dayton Xenia Rd) on Monday December 23, 2024 at 12:00 pm with funeral service to follow at 1:00 pm. She will be laid to rest next to family at Calvary Cemetery.
