Dennis D. Smith, age 71, of Enon, passed away on May 8, 2024. He was a graduate of Wilbur Wright High School, Class of '71. He served his country in the United States Army, and he continued his service as a civilian, working at Wright Patterson Air Force Base.
Dennis was preceded in death by his wife, Debbie; his son, Matthew; and his parents: Otella and Ben Smith; and his sister: Sharon Capps.
He is survived by his son, Curtis Smith; his cousins, Tracy (Alice) Smith and Gracie (Tim) Rice; sisters-in-law: Wanda Mosley and Robin Bruggeman; friend, Charles Lovett; and nieces, nephews, family and friends.
A graveside service with military honors will begin at 11:30am on Monday, May 13, 2024 at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens, where he will be laid to rest with Debbie.
