Dennis Hayes Mcclurg

Dennis H. McClurg, age 78, of Huber Heights, Ohio, passed away on August 10, 2022. He was born in Morehead, KY on May 25, 1944 to the late Leonard and Juanita McClurg. In addition to his parents, Dennis was preceded in death by his brother, Glenn McClurg and sister, Grace Ward.

Dennis is survived by his wife of 56 years, Mable McClurg; his daughter Lynn McClurg; sister, Barbara Burns; and many other family and friends.

Dennis loved playing music and being with his friends and family. He was always doing for others and there to lend a hand when needed. He was good with his hands and could fix anything.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the funeral home.

A visitation will be held on Friday, August 19, 2022 from 12:30pm to 1:30pm at the Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton. A funeral service with military honors will follow at 1:30pm. Dennis will be laid to rest at Forest Hills Memorial Park.
