Dennis Horn

Dennis Horn, age 59 of Dayton, passed away on Monday March 28, 2011. He was born on March 23, 1952 to the late Vernon and Frances Horn. In addition to his parents, Dennis was preceded in death by his brother, Dana Horn.

Dennis is survived by his wife of 38 years, Barbara Horn; two sons, Patrick and Nicholas (April) Horn; one daughter, Karen Tope; five grandchildren; Lyndsey, Hayley, Grace, Andrew and Rebecca; brother; David Horn; two nephews; and one niece.

The family would like to send out a special thank you to the staff at The Hospice of Dayton for all their love and care that they provided to Dennis.
A memorial service will be held on Friday April 1, 2011 at 7:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 4104 Needmore Rd, where the family will receive friends for two hours prior from 5:00-7:00 pm. Reverend John Wagner officiating. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Dennis' memory to The Hospice of Dayton.
