Dennis James Glidden

Dennis James Glidden, age 79 of Centerville, passed away Wednesday, October 5, 2022. He was born October 24, 1942 in Exeter, New Hampshire, the son of the late Dwight and Helena Glidden.
In his 27-year career with Eastman Kodak, Dennis led development of some of the world's first digital printers and digital cameras. He was an avid skier, hunter and fisherman. A keen amateur pilot, Dennis flew a single engine Grumman Tiger prop plane across the U.S. twice. He dedicated himself to charity work, including many years in service to his community with the Centerville Noon Optimists.
Dennis is survived by his sons, Brian Glidden and Kevin Glidden; grandchildren, Brianna (Tyler) Mullikin and Jacob Glidden; great grandson, Booker Wayne Mullikin; former spouse Patricia; as well as numerous loving relatives and many friends.
Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his siblings, Joan and Sonny.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
