Dennis G. Ogilsbie

OGILSBIE, Dennis G., age 61, of Fairborn, passed away Monday, June 11, 2007. He was born May 22, 1946 in Long Beach, CA. He was a former member of Miami Valley Drag Racers Association. He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Diana (Haas) Ogilsbie; one daughter, Cheryl (Ron) Hammersley; three grandchildren, Brian Ogilsbie II, Myles and Dustin Hammersley; one brother, Gary Ogilsbie of La Luz, New Mexico; father-in-law, Fred Haas; brother-in-law, Don Haas; sisters-in-law, Debbie (Tony) Greer and Frances Ogilsbie; nephews, Tony (Stephanie) Haas, William and David Ogilsbie, Michael and Ryan Greer; niece, Ashley Greer; and many close friends and relatives. He was preceded in death by both parents, George and Edith Ogilsbie; one son, Brian Ogilsbie; one brother, Doug Ogilsbie; mother-in-law, Dorothy Haas. Visitation will be held Saturday, June 16, 2007 from 12-2 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home Beavercreek Chapel (3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd, Beavercreek, OH, 45432) with funeral services at 2:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Byron Cemetery. If desired, donations may be made to Hospice of Dayton.
