Dennis M. Blanton , 60, passed away Saturday, January 28, 2017 at his residence. Dennis was the son of the late Carvel and Charlotte (White) Blanton.
Dennis was a devoted friend, father, grandfather and uncle. He loved to cook, loved his dog Ginger, was outgoing and would do anything for anybody; he was a man who loved life.
Dennis is survived by his daughter Joy Lynn Blanton; two sisters, Rebecca Jenkins and Brenda Dishman; a nephew Rick Blanton; his extended family, the Anderson's, the Davidson's, the Thacker's and the Evan's.
Funeral services will be held Saturday February 4, 2017 at 10:30 am at Newcomer Funeral Home - North Chapel officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the services at the funeral home. Burial will follow the service at Preble County Memorial Gardens.
