Denise Sarah Pope, age 86 of Kettering, passed away on Sunday, October 7, 2012.
She was born March 13, 1926 in London, England.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Ralph, parents John and Grace, brothers James, Albert, Michael, Terry and sister Josie.
She is survived by her daughters Judith Pope-Roush, Karen Dwyer and Alison Parker; grandsons Jason (Jamie) Pratt, Jordan Pope-Roush and Evan Parker; great grandchildren Georgia, Avery and Davis Pratt; sisters Betty and Patricia and numerous nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Pope spent many years as a volunteer at Good Samaritan Hospital, serving as President of the Women's Auxiliary.
Her family would like to thank the staff at Oak Creek Terrace and Lincoln Park Manor for their kindness and care.
Graveside Services at David's Cemetery Friday, October 12, 2012 at 10:30 am.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Denise's memory to your favorite charity.
Arrangements are being handled by Newcomer Funeral Home South Chapel.
