GILLAUGH, Denise Lynn, age 48, of Cedarville, born August 24, 1963 in Honolulu, Hawaii, passed away unexpectedly in an automobile accident on January 4, 2012.
She is survived by her husband, Jerry Dwane Gillaugh; sons, Andrew Stager Reeves of Toledo and Christopher Fife Reeves of Centerville; mother, Judith Bowermaster of Centerville; sisters, Teresa Montoya of Norfolk, VA and Kathleen Witherite of Norfolk, VA; brother, Steven Bowermaster of Pensacola, FL, as well as 11 nieces, and 2 nephews. Denise is preceded in death by her father, Thomas L. Bowermaster and maternal grandparents, Robert and Hannah Johnson. She graduated from Greeneview High School in 1981.
Funeral services will be held at 9:45 am on Saturday, January 7, 2012 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek. Family will receive friends from 8:30 am until the time of service at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Woodland Cemetery in Xenia. A gathering of friends, with refreshments, will immediately follow the burial at Cedarville United Methodist Church, 54 W. Chillicothe St., Cedarville.
